The working principle of the fine crankshaft hole
1. Angle head boring machine working principle
There are many types of angle heads, and a precise angle head for boring is required according to the machining accuracy level (see Figure 1). The angle head converts the direction of the rotation axis of the output shaft through a series of precision transmission mechanisms such as internal bevel gears to achieve the angle required for metal processing. The required angle is 90°, and the boring head is coupled to the angle head through the connecting plane and the positioning short pin. The boring head is a fine-tuning boring tool with a certain adjustment amount, which can be precisely adjusted to Φ0.02mm. The whole tool can be highly flexible and flexible to adapt to product changes or different product objects. The power is transmitted from the machine tool spindle to the angle head through the transmission mechanism and then transmitted to the boring tool. The boring tool cuts according to the programmed parameters.
2. Fine crankshaft hole process
The angle head file needs to be extended into the crank chamber for machining. The favorable condition of the high-power diesel engine cylinder block is that the outer shape is large, and the crank chamber has a relatively large space for the cutter, which makes the angle head crankshaft hole possible. The pre-machining state of the cylinder block is that the part has been semi-finished, the crankshaft hole is rough and semi-finished, and the processing quality meets the process requirements. The angle head boring tool is used to complete the fine hole content of the crankshaft hole. The workpiece top positioning fixture is used, the bottom surface of the workpiece is upward, and the crank chamber is completely open. The specific processing technology arrangement is (above): Infeed → Gongjin (镗1st gear crank hole)→Retraction→Injection→Working (镗2nd crankshaft hole)→...Into the knife→工进(镗第7-speed crankshaft hole→→Retraction, sequential processing, complete all seven-speed crankshaft hole machining.
