The surface treatment of frame profiles is divided into three categories: alkali sand, spray paint, and electrophoresis. Among them, the electrophoresis process is the best, and the other two are relatively easy to fade and paint. The surface treatment of electrophoresis is relatively smooth. The surface of the electrophoresis process is more delicate and uniform in color, and the pattern of the paint is more fuzzy and unevenly distributed, especially in the middle of the profile. 2, pulley
The sliding door is divided into upper and lower sets of pulleys. There are three kinds of pulleys: plastic pulley, metal pulley and fiberglass pulley. The plastic pulley is hard, but it is easy to be broken. It will be stubborn and hard when used for a long time. It can't slide after blocking; the metal pulley is very strong, but it produces noise when it comes into contact with the track; the glass fiber has good toughness, wear resistance, easy plasticity, smooth sliding and durability. The prices of these three types of pulleys vary greatly, and we must pay attention to the choices when distributing. The structure of the good upper pulley is relatively complicated, not only the bearing inside, but also the aluminum block to fix the two wheels, so that the orientation is smoothly sliding, and there is almost no noise. Consumers should not mistakenly think that the sliding door is smoother and lighter as it slides. In fact, high-quality sliding doors should have a certain weight when sliding, smooth and without vibration.
A roller is roughly divided into two parts, one for the bearing and the other for the outer cladding of the bearing. The quality of the bearing plays a key role in the durability of the sliding door. The good sliding door adopts the imported light steel ball bearing, and the bearing is marked with the manufacturer and the product model. The bearing is marked on the side, and the outer steel sleeve should also have A sign of your own company. Although there are bearings, there are no manufacturer names and other signs. These bearings have poor wear resistance and short use time. 3, the door panel
