Pay attention to the appearance. See if the bottle label matches the black fungus species to prevent mistakes. The cultivation time should be within two months. From the date of inoculation, the age of the bacteria should be 30-40 days, and the bottle wall should be seen whether there is crack or cotton plug falling off.
Watch the hyphae. The hyphae are white and pure, and the villi are thick and short, and the short and dense are high-quality bacteria. If there are green, yellow, red, blue, and gray hyphae, it is a strain that has been infected with bacteria and needs to be eliminated.
Pay attention to the ear base. There is no light black ear base between the bottle wall and the material is a good strain, and a small amount of ear base is a normal strain. If there are too many, the number of passages is too many, although the ear is early and more, but not long after inoculation. The output is low.
Pay attention to the sediment. If there is no or only light brown gum in the bottle wall, it is a qualified strain; if there is a yellow-brown liquid, it is an aging strain and cannot be purchased.
Pay attention to the bacteria. The surface of the sawdust species is hyphae, and the wood chips are not visible. It is better to squash and not loose. It is not available if the bacteria block has dried up and shrinks.
Pay attention to the smell. If the cotton tampon is removed and the smell of the bacteria is smelled, it is a good product; if it is caused by alcoholic acid, mildew and other odors, it is a metamorphic strain and is not available.
Be careful to use. If the culture time of the strain is too short or the temperature is too low, the hyphae are not overgrown or the hyphae do not grow into the interior of the sawdust, and should continue to be cultivated at a suitable temperature before being used for inoculation. If the age-appropriate species cannot be inoculated at the time of purchase, they should be stored in a clean, dry and dark room. Before inoculation, it is strictly forbidden to remove the tampon, and it is not suitable for overnight inoculation of the inoculated bacteria to prevent contamination by bacteria.
