Last night, the international academic journal "Scientific Reports" published online the results of Shanghai University professor Gao Yanfeng, a part-time researcher of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, and others. They invented a "smart power generation window" that can be used. Solar power generation also automatically insulates according to changes in temperature.
Prof. Gao Yanfeng was selected as the “Hundred Talents Program†of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. He returned to Japan and worked for a long time on the basic and applied research of vanadium dioxide materials. He told reporters that vanadium dioxide is a material with structural phase transition characteristics, and its chemical structure is very different under high and low temperature conditions. When the temperature is lower than 68°C, vanadium dioxide is a transparent insulator that allows infrared rays to pass through; and when the temperature is higher than 68°C, vanadium dioxide becomes a metal and reflects infrared rays.
Sunlight is divided into three parts: ultraviolet light, visible light, and infrared light. Among them, ultraviolet rays are harmful to the human body, and vanadium dioxide can absorb 97% of ultraviolet rays. For visible light, this material allows all of it to pass through, so sticking on the windows does not affect the lighting; while for infrared light, the main source of heat energy, it It reflects it at high temperatures and acts as a heat insulator, allowing it to pass through at low temperatures and introducing heat. “We can process the vanadium dioxide material to change its critical temperature for phase transition. For example, set the critical temperature to 30°C. After sticking it on the window, the window will automatically reflect when the outside temperature exceeds 30°C. Infrared rays have the effect of insulation," said Professor Gao.
After long-term research and development, Gao Yanfeng has prepared large-size vanadium dioxide thin films by wet chemical methods for the first time in the world, and its optical performance has reached the international advanced level. On this basis, he led the team to trial production of wide-format temperature-controlled smart energy-saving film products with independent intellectual property rights. After a comparative evaluation, its high-temperature thermal insulation performance is better than imported products, and the stability of phase change characteristics is good, and the estimated selling price is 1/2 to 1/5 of foreign products. After the cooperation between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Guangdong company, "smart windows" will be put into production next year.
Recently, Gao Yanfeng installed solar cells on "smart windows" to upgrade them to "smart power windows." Gao Yanfeng stated that he hopes that the results of this laboratory will be industrialized as soon as possible, turning a large area of glass walls and windows in the city into “power plants†and making buildings more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Fibreglass Geogrid ( FG) Stitched With Nonwoven Geotextile Impregnated by Bitumen: Ultimate tensile Strengths from 8kN/m to 400kN/m . Biaxial, flexible high modulus Polyester geogrid stitched with nonwoven geotextile together impregnated with bitumen using the knitting process .
1. It reinforce old asphalt concrete road surface and asphalt layer, and prevents damage ;
2. It is used for rebuilding cement concrete road surface into composite road surface and restraining reflection caused by block contraction .
3. It is used in road expansion and improvment project and crack caused by old and new combination position and uneven sedimentation ;
4. It is used in soft soil base reinforcement treatment , is favorable for soft soil water separation and concretion,restrains sedimentation effectivly,distributes stress uniformly and improve overall strength of road base;
5. It is sued for preventing contraction crack caused by new road semi-rigid base layer,and reinforces and prevents road surface crack caused by foundation crack reflection.
