Simulation Solution Set
Finite element solvers, including linear static analysis and structural modal analysis of structures, heat transfer analysis and flow analysis, and structural optimization analysis. It can be solved in batch mode. Provides a variety of convergence criteria definitions and solution option controls, such as space and time estimates for model solution calculations, and structural stiffness matrix file control. The user monitors the solution process through the solution process graph, allowing the solution to be terminated.

Electronic System Cooling: A three-dimensional heat/flow analysis of an electronic system. Electronic system reliability analysis tool in I-deas integrated environment, simulation can directly analyze the heat/flow behavior of single-piece, multi-chipset, heat sink, PCB, power module or complete system on CAD model, including PCB Modeler and ECAD interface. Used to optimize component placement, predict fan operation, evaluate fan and vent location and size, and optimize heat sink shape and size.
Heat Transfer Simulation (TMG): A fast solution to common, complex thermal problems. Fully integrated with I-deas and Femap, the finite element model can be used directly.
