The hydrodynamic principle is adopted to cut the oil pipe from the inside of the stuck oil pipe. The oil pipe can be cut at any depth of the well. The operation process is simple and convenient, and the construction efficiency of the coiled pipe is higher.
1Technical analysis li structure principle The structure of the small diameter in-line hydraulic cutter is mainly composed of upper joint, spring, mandrel, piston, cutting blade, cone, nozzle, and shoes. 2 Operation method Determine the cutting blade material and size according to the inner diameter and material of the pipe string to be cut.

3 Application effect Since 2011-05-2012-04, a small-diameter tube hydraulic cutter has been tested in the field to deal with 4 wells in the tube column. The construction success rate is 100%. The statistics are shown in Table 1. For example: STT142X60 well, electric pump Production, pump depth 2051.5m, underload shutdown.
