1. The lift must be operated by a licensed professional driver. And carry out no-load, overload test. After the elevator is assembled, it should be checked and accepted. After the test is qualified, it can be used. The lift cage is lifted about 1M away from the ground, check the brake flexibility, and it can be put into operation after confirming normal.
2. The lift is operated by a special person. Check the wire rope, ground anchor and cable wind rope before starting. It can be used only after the no-load operation is qualified. When the lift driver leaves, the crane should be lowered and the power supply should be cut off.
3. The lift is strictly forbidden to carry people. When the safety device is reliable, the unloading personnel can enter the work in the hanging basket; the lift is strictly prohibited from overloading; the maintenance lift must be stopped and run.
4. It is forbidden to climb the lifting frame body and the underside of the frame; the elevator cable should not be removed at will.
5. The lift should be equipped with sensitive and reliable contact signal devices so that all operating layers can contact the driver.
6. The deformation of the lifting frame body and the track must be corrected in time.
7. Within 2.5M around the bottom cage of the elevator, a stable protective railing must be provided. The bridge and transport passage of each docking floor should be flat and firm, and the railings at the entrance and exit should be safe and reliable.
8. Safety devices such as speed limiters and brakes must be managed by special personnel and debugged and inspected according to regulations to maintain their sensitivity.
9. When the elevator cage is loaded with people, the load should be evenly distributed. It is strictly forbidden to use overload and strictly control the carrying weight.
10. When the elevator is running to the uppermost and lowermost layers, the button must still be operated. It is strictly forbidden to stop by the automatic collision of the travel limit switch.
11. When multi-layer construction cross-operation is used at the same time, the contact signal should be clearly defined. If the wind reaches level 6 or above, the lift should be stopped and the lift should be lowered to the bottom.
12. The driver cannot leave the operating position until the lift has cut off the main source switch. After the operation, the elevator is lowered to the bottom layer, and each control switch is pulled to the zero position, the power is cut off, and the brake box door and the elevator door are locked.
