2) Upper bridge current check. Adjust w: Make the upper bridge current 1mA. Connect an ammeter between terminals 4 and 6 to check if it is lmA.
3) Open loop magnification check and anti-signal check. Adjust wl to make the feedback voltage zero. Since the potential may have a certain initial resistance, the feedback voltage is not completely zero. When the time is reached, the short-circuit line can be used to short-circuit R2 and Rm, resulting in the open-loop state of the whole machine. Then input a signal to make the output current is 0.5-1mA, then add 50KvDC signal, the output current is greater than 10mA for the pass as high as 1; to 10mA, the wd should be adjusted to -60mv.
If it is an automatic adjustment system, you should switch the regulator to manual operation, and then set the “work-check†switch of the cable fault tester to check the file. The non-automatic adjustment system can directly set the diverter switch to check the file. If the output current is any value between 4 and 6 mA, the cable fault tester is working properly.
The temperature sensing element is a thermocouple. When it is necessary to perform calibration in the field, the portable cable fault tester can be used instead of the thermocouple to send the mv signal to check whether the output current is correct. In this case, the temperature compensation resistor should be shorted. Then you can perform the military point, range and accuracy check according to the indoor calibration method.
The temperature sensing element is a thermal resistor, and a portable resistance box can be used instead of the temperature measuring resistor. Check and adjust the zero point, range and accuracy according to the resistance value given at each point of the resistance box.
